The Unit Information Technology and Communications aims to provide professional services on the use of information technology and communications for the District Council.
Responsibilities of Unity / Section
The responsibilities of the Division of Information Technology and Communications
Ø Develop plan strategy on information technology and communications, guidelines and procedures to comply with the National Policy for Information Technology and Communications.
Ø Advice the management of the District on issues related to policies related to information technology and communication and implementation of the concept of the government network.
Ø Advise the management of the District on issues related to policies, guidelines and procedures relating to the figures.
Ø Manage the Development of information technology and communications and its implementation for the District
Ø .To Collaborate with PMORALG and to develop standards for information technology and communication for the "software and hardware" for the use of the District, Township and Villages
Ø Coordinate the implementation of the architecture and maintain / develop consumer-related Web sites and record keeping for the District, Ministry and other stakeholders.
Ø Make training needs assessment on the management of information systems and information technology and communications and organizing capacity-building program.
Ø Make assessment of the risk / losses relating to infrastructure, information technology and communication and system management and how to manage information on District.
